I love London!
I like all the different neighbourhoods, the people and the nightlife! Of course I’ll do some shopping and see some sights. I’ve been there several times, but I enjoy every visit!
Maybe next year I can come back again.

The Westminster Abbey and Pubs, The Tower, Whitehall, Trafalgar Square, The Victoria and Albert Museum, Tower Hill, The British Museum, The London Gallery, Oxford and Regent Street, Marble Arch, Miss Selfridges, Piccadilly Circus, The Imperial War Museum, Buckingham Palace, The Strand, Madam Tussauds the wax museum, many things to see and do.

I’m a masochist?
I’m married to an ex-Cockney and spent many tortuous weekends in the Capital.
On the other hand, I’ve loved taking my boat up the Thames and under Tower Bridge, past the Palace of Westminster and the Tower of London. It’s an exciting place, but I prefer a more rural scene generally.
The history of the City is fascinating, the architecture is wonderful, it’s just the traffic, smells, and too many people which make it a no-go area for me.
An ideal vacation spot for guys who like to be in the middle of human activity.

There are many I can personaly think of, but something not just I would enjoy… I don’t know if you like sightseeing, there are some amazing places to go there, but watching places and piles of rubbles only gets you so far in the "good reason to go to London" scale…
MY reasons for going to London on a holiday (I’m Brazilian but lived there from 2007 to 2008) would be how easy it is to pick up chicks with massive bosoms lol no seriously the nightlife. Other than that, I don’t know where you’re originally from, but it’s a lot of fun to put your English to test going there, it’s a huge achievement to get to understand more than half of that folk.
Also, people in London are open and friendly to whom they get to know, probably a side effect from being the height of cosmopolitanism.

You could try calling some of the language schools, which will definitely offer part-time work and pay pretty well (I've heard around 20 euro / hour). You might want to try Berlitz since they do their own teacher training so you won't need a prior qualification to teach your language. Good luck!

chicago history and attraction map on yahoo mainpage?
I saw it yesterday while at work but when i got home it was gone… can anyone help me find it, it was an interactive map that showed tons of history and i want to look at it again.
